Our Mission

Teacher growth and development is a necessary component of the teaching profession. Laws, such as the No Child Left Behind Act, make it increasingly important for teachers to take classes, focus on professional growth, and make monetary advancement afforded by school district salary schedules for advanced degrees.

The CTE mission is to serve as a delivery system so that receiving advanced degrees is not only more convenient, but more affordable for teachers as well. The CTE delivery system collaborates with accredited and established universities to deliver advanced degrees commonly sought by instructors as well as specialty-area degrees which may not be as frequently obtained. Through this collaboration, and as part of this process, CTE negotiates discounted program rates so that teachers may receive their advance degrees at substantially reduced costs.

Our mission is not only to provide easily-accessed and affordable advanced degrees for teachers, but to focus on the quality of the learning experience as well. CTE master’s degree programs are designed to be fast-tracked programs without sacrificing instructional quality. Our mission is designed to eliminate much of the guesswork frustration from obtaining professional development and advanced degrees through our premier turnkey delivery system.
